The North Cross Community is deeply saddened at the passing of beloved former art teacher, Shirley Johnson, whose long-fought battle with cancer ended on February 3. Mrs. Johnson was the art teacher at North Cross for 22 years, and was director of and curator for the (then named) Living Gallery, bringing a diverse array of artists to campus for exhibitions that enriched the education of our entire community.
