 | Lunch at North Cross School is a time for students to come together with faculty and staff to enjoy each other's company and enjoy a nutritious meal. Lunch is served in the Lemon Dining Hall, located in New Slack Hall.
A variety of healthy items are available daily, including two hot entrees, vegetables, a large salad bar, deli, and baked potato bar. Soup is also available most days.
Lunch Periods: Lower school students eat during the first lunch period, between 10:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Middle school students eat from 12 - 12:30 p.m. and upper school students eat from 12:55 - 1:40 p.m. The Lemon Dining Hall is also open at 10 a.m. during breaks.

A la Carte Items: Bagels - $1.50 Crackers/Chips - $1.10 Bottled Water/Juices - $2.00 Milk - $.75 Salad Bar - $3.00 Cookies - $1.10 Chips - $1.10 Fruit - $.75 Cereal - $1.10 Poptarts - $1.10 Rollups - $1.10
Lower School Rules:
- JK/K: Modified Menu (entree, vegetable, fruit, dessert and white milk). Teachers fix the lunch trays and students are not permitted to have snacks or ice cream.
- First Grade: Students fix their own trays. They may not have ice cream, juice, or snacks and are limited to white milk.
- Second Grade: Same rules as first grade, but they may have ice cream on Fridays.
- Third Grade: Same rules as second grade but they may also have juice.
- Fourth Grade: Same rules as third grade but they may also have bottled drinks and snacks with parental permission.
- Fifth Grade: Students may purchase ice cream on Fridays.
Parents will be billed monthly for school lunches.
