An ongoing exhibition of artwork created by local artists and North Cross School students.
Logan Gallery is located in the lobby of Old Slack Hall. The Logan Family donated the gallery in appreciation and support of the school in 2003. The mission of the gallery is to serve as an ongoing exhibition for local artists and a place for students and community members to appreciate artwork in a variety of forms.
On display at the Logan Gallery:
Splash x 5: A Few of Our Favorites
Tracy Budd, Jane Iten, Bonnie Neuhoff, Nancy Stark and Gari Stephenson are members of a group who show together as "Splash x 5." Getting together for these artists regularly to critique and paint seemed to be exactly what they needed after their beloved Signature 9 Gallery closed in Roanoke a few years ago. The gallery created a place where they regularly saw each other and artistic friendships were cultivated. Painting can be a lonely profession and bouncing off ideas between artists and friends can be invaluable. These five have found a unique connection that includes friendship, painting, trips, shows, lunch and chocolate! Please come enjoy some of their favorites!
