Lilly Judge has hit the ground running, literally, as our new Varsity Field Hockey coach whose team started practices August 1. She will also serve as our Girls Lacrosse coach in the spring. Originally from Annapolis Maryland, Lilly is a recent graduate of Roanoke College where she earned her degree in Health and Exercise Science. Although, only playing one year of field hockey in her senior year of high school, Lilly fell in love with the sport. Also a lacrosse player, she began playing lacrosse at the age of 8 and continued her lacrosse career at Roanoke College for 4 years. Coach Judge has had a passion and desire to enter the world of coaching and to use her degree in the advancement of this personal goal. “After being in the difficult position of locating a coach in the middle of the summer, Coach Judge offered an almost seamless transition for our field hockey girls as they begin their conditioning in August.” commented Coach Lawrence.
