Please join us in welcoming our newest students, a group of Argentinian sophomores and juniors who will be studying at North Cross for a four-week period. All of the students are from Corrientes, Argentina, the hometown of Spanish teacher Marianna Hermosilla. Over the next four weeks, they will take courses in history, sciences, English, and current US affairs, all while becoming more familiar with American culture. They will also assist in all levels of Spanish classes. In order to participate in this program, the students had to demonstrate outstanding academic skills and strong English language skills. The goal is to help these students become more comfortable with the English language and culture of their host country.
