Professional Background: Marketing for a mutual fund company and then in pharmaceutical sales
What was a highlight for you as a student at North Cross?I stayed in touch with a lot of my NCS classmates throughout the years, and I had several in my wedding. I have the additional blessing of meeting and befriending other alumni in Roanoke who graduated 5-10 years ahead of me, so we did not really know each other as students. It is a close knit community in Roanoke that I adore.
What is your favorite North Cross tradition? The annual Fat Pencil ceremony.
What is one thing people may not know about you? I have a paralyzing fear of heights.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? Playing tennis, running, traveling anywhere.
When you think about North Cross, what makes you proud to be part of the school community? What makes me proud is hard for me to put into words. Seeing my son as a student in the Lower School halls makes me incredibly proud that our school has only gotten stronger since I graduated. I am continually impressed by the caliber of Upper School students and all faculty that I meet, and I look forward to our continued improvement and growth.
