Harry I. Johnson, III ’86
On April 9,2013, in a press release, President Obama announced Harry I. Johnson, III as a Nominee to the National Labor Relations Board. Harry is a 1986 graduate of North Cross School, and lives with his wife and two daughters in Pacific Palisades, CA. Currently he is a partner with Arent Fox LLP, a position he has held since 2010. Previously, Mr. Johnson worked at Jones Day as partner from 2006 to 2010 and as an associate from 1994 to 2005. In 2011, he was recognized by The Daily Journal as one of the “Top Labor & Employment Attorneys in California”. Mr. Johnson received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A.L.D. from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Will Trinkle ’76
In October, 2012, Will Trinkle ’76, was awarded the University of Virginia’s distinguished alumni award by the Serpentine Society of the Alumni Association’s Bernard D. Mayes Award “for his significant, positive, and enduring commitment and contribution to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community both within the University of Virginia community and the world at large,” in response to his successful legal challenge, on behalf of his family, to a large healthcare system’s discriminatory policies and lifelong civil rights work in New York and Virginia for marriage and family equality. Will is a 1980 Graduate at the University of Virginia’s College of Arts and Sciences.
Quinn Feldman Graeff ’88
Virginia Lawyers Media, publishers of Virginia Lawyers Weekly and the Virginia Medical Law Report, has announced the Class of 2013 of “Influential Women of Virginia.” This awards program, now in its fifth year, recognizes the outstanding efforts of women in the Commonwealth in all fields, including law, business, health care, education, and the arts. The honors are given to individuals who are making notable contributions to their chosen professions, their communities and society at large. Ben Bullington ’73 and Andy Bullington ’69
Ben and Andy will be performing at Mill Mountain Theatre on April 28th at 7:30 p.m. Ben is a Survivor’s Club graduate of North Cross, then graduated from Vanderbilt and University of Virginia Medical School and is practicing in Montana. He is an accomplished singer songwriter and has produced 4 albums. Andy is an accomplished guitarist and a graduate of the Berkley Conservatory of Music. Ben and Andy’s two siblings Mary ’71,Bibba ’77, and Carter ’80, also attended North Cross and their nephew A.B. will graduate this spring.
